Oooh, oooh, oooh!

I got my hair done. No party make-up yet....

This first picture is no styling product, no blow drying...but I'm keeping it real and letting you see the true before... And...get ready... I love this...even though it was actually painful with all the teasing ...

Drum roll please!
I mean, seriously, does this rock or what?

OK, off to figure out how to lay down with this hair...

Yee haw!

This is officially fun now!

  1. How cute!!!! I remember having to get a bouffant for a 50's musical...7 performances....and I had long hair... The tears would just flow! Ouch! But you look adorable and isn't beauty worth a little pain? Haha

  11. how fun! my mom turns 70 this year and i have been trying to come up with a great 1940s look for her birthday dinner...but then was being a bit shy about the costumey aspect of it all...but looking at you makes me inspired to just go for it!

  21. Oh how fun is that. I have to tell you I remember when my mother went to the hairdressers once a week and had her hair done up just like that. I think she wore a hair net at night to make it last longer. I think....Well not sure...but there was a lot of hair spray involved. Wow I cannot believe I remembered that. You look great I love the glasses! I think I have a pair that looks quite similar to that in my cedar chest that I wore for quite a while just did not have any glitz.
