Alphabe-Thursday Letter Q

Good morning class.

Welcome to round six of Alphabe-Thursday! Today we will be studying the quaint and quiet letter:

Please link directly to your Alphabe-Thursday URL (if you don't know how to do this let me know!) and please continue to visit the five links before and after your link and leave a comment. Minimum of 10 links visited please. You can visit more if you like, of course.

I also want to let you know that each week I visit every blog. If I haven't been by to visit by the following Friday night, please let me know!

If you have any difficulties with your link, please make sure to include the number of the link when you e-mail me. It is really difficult for me to find you easily otherwise.

If you have any questions about Alphabe-Thursday or problems doing your link just post it in a comment or send me an e-mail. I'll do my best to help you as quickly as I can.

The McLinkey will be live from 1:00 pm MST time Wednesday afternoon in an effort to assist our lovely "friends across the pond" and continue through 10:00 am MST time Friday morning!

And remember.... link back to this post, you need to be registered as a follower of my blog, PG posts only, and you must visit at least 10 other posts...perhaps consider starting from the last posts and work backwards. The links will stay live after the final post deadline has passed so you can even wait and visit over the weekend or whenever you have more time.

Please link your quality "Q" post now:

  3. The letter "Q" always reminds me of Quaint. As in, the quaint B&B in England was the perfect place to rest and relax. If only!

    Love you...

    XO,

    Sheila

  5. I decided against leaving a link to what I created for a couple of reasons. First of all, I can't Google-follow anybody. I have another account, and whenever I try to follow a blog via the Google link, it automatically brings up that account. I've tried to sign out and sign back in using this account, alas, to no avail.
Secondly, I don't really think that most of the people who generally participate in these writing prompts would be down with my kind of (sci-fi and horror) thing. So I decided to be kind and not scar any minds. But I did put an "Alphabe-Thursday banner in my post, in case someone more sane than me comes along and wants to participate.
    Gorrily Yours,
    Illsa

  6. I manged to pull off a quick post for today's assigned letter. Next week, I won't be quite up to the quest to venture to class because of time spent with DH.

You're such a quaint, dear friend, Miss Jenny. Thanks for hosting the Alphabe-Thursday fun!

  7. O Jenny, "Q" words are soooo much fun. I have unused ones for the next round of your A-T.

I like your Queen poster, it is very pretty. And her shining gold crown matches her pretty dress perfectly.
(My Queen is wearing a gold crown too but it doesn't show a very gold looking shine in her picture. I know it does shine royally.)

  9. I agree with Illsa. It is soooo hard to find people whose profile has been GOOBBLED UP by the GOOGLE GIANT.

About half I can never find a link to their post or blog in their google profile. BAD google.

And that is where I end up, the google profile and not the blogger profile from their comments.

I REFUSED TO GET A GOOGLE PROFILE. I don't know if once a peson gets on if it can be deleted.

Sometimes Google helps if I have the time. Just google (no caps here, slight intended) the name of their blog if they mention that in their google profile.

When I finally do find them by seeing their BLOG LINK left on a Word Press blog then I save it to use later.

The problem here is that a CUTE TITLE IS LEFT BUT NO NAME TO to tell who they are. I certainly cannot read all 50 of the ones here or so to find the ones who have left their comments on mine and leave a google profile link. Unless they leave a blog link or URL to paste in.

  11. Thanks for hosting this creative blog! I enjoy it even though I am not always finished a painting in time for the latest letter.

Thanks again for taking the time to "grade me" so thoughtfully and generously!

    Have a wonderful week!

Hi! Thanks for leaving a comment! My handy dandy e-mail assistant always notifies me when you do and I read every single one.

I try to respond to comments with a return e-mail BUT I just noticed that I've been answering a lot of them to blogs that haven't linked their e-mail address to their Google account! I haven't been ignoring your comments, but now I know you aren't getting my reply e-mails! I'm sorry!

I know a lot of other bloggers who respond to comments via e-mail so if you haven't left off your e-mail on purpose, you might want to add it on! If you don't know how you can let me know in your comment and I'll see if I can help you!

Thanks so much for reading my 'Tangents'! Your comments always feel like a hug!
