Warmed Heart Week 19

She brought a cake.

She is 11 years old and she brought a cake to Easter.

Without being asked.

When I asked her why she said, "You always make all the food, Grandma, so I thought I'd bring a cake."

It was blue.

With vanilla icing.



Eleven years old and she brought a cake.

I'm still smiling.

    That had to be so fun to eat!! That color in the cupcake makes me want to smile. How the heck did she get it so dark blue? That would make me smile all week long!!

    The blue and white are so Easter-y. That cake is extra sweet because of the love that was stirred in at the last minute.
