Warm Heart Wednesday Week 21

Week 21

It occurred to me the other day that sometimes I am stuck in the bad...not seeing or recognizing the good as often as I should.

I allow myself to be filled with weight and worry and woes.

Not always.

But sometimes too often.

I forget to remember the wonderful small, positive things that happen each week...a card in the mail, someone holding a store door or asking where I get my hair cut, a funny little story, or a ray of sunshine warming my face.

Warm Heart Wednesday is for me.   To start remembering.  And to make a journal of joy.

I hope you will consider joining me on this adventure by sharing something that made YOUR heart warm over the past week.  I think it will be fun and uplifting to read your ongoing journals as well.

Warm Heart Wednesday #21.

  1. Thank you for hosting again, Jenny. Got to check out rusty bicycle wheels now. Mine might as well be rusty, we don't ride. I did give away a his and a hers Raleigh, 1974 models, bicycles when we moved. The garage here is small and I don't want to have paid storage any more.

  2. So true, what you have said in this post, Jenny! I've had to remind myself of that this week... death in the family, and I couldn't even go to the funeral with my honey because I was sick. But "this too shall pass"! Some of the beautiful small things: the birds are singing, building nests in the beautiful spring blossoms, and I have eyes and ears to enjoy! And thanks for a friend with a warm heart!

  5. Jenny...my link isn't working right. I always test the link to make sure it works and it says the page doesn't exist on my blog. I tried to put the link up again and it says I can't because it already exists. I'm not sure what to do now.

Here's the link and it should work. I'm not sure if it's blogger or linky...or a temporary glitch.

Hi! Thanks for leaving a comment! My handy dandy e-mail assistant always notifies me when you do and I read every single one.

I try to respond to comments with a return e-mail BUT I just noticed that I've been answering a lot of them to blogs that haven't linked their e-mail address to their Google account! I haven't been ignoring your comments, but now I know you aren't getting my reply e-mails! I'm sorry!

I know a lot of other bloggers who respond to comments via e-mail so if you haven't left off your e-mail on purpose, you might want to add it on! If you don't know how you can let me know in your comment and I'll see if I can help you!

Thanks so much for reading my 'Tangents'! Your comments always feel like a hug!
