Howdy Howdy

It's already "H" week for Alphabe-Thursday!

I've been busy painting this week, so I have FIVE signs to show you!

Our oldest Grandlittle had no painting time this week.   She has forsaken the letter "H" to take Ballroom Dancing lessons.   Geez.   Some little kids just have no focus.  ha!   She's painting this weekend she says.

Anyway.

Because I ran out of time at Christmas, I painted this sign that I wanted to do the entire month of December.

I really like the angel background.

This is one of my favorite Thoreau quotes.  I like the super pale pink letters against the sky blue.

Ah.   Hope.  One of my favorite words.  I like the coloring of this sign.

Okay.   Yeah.   See I told you I got carried away this week!

Here's a little, mooshy/gooshy sign!   Awwwww.   And this does, too, have an H in it!

And the last one is kind of different for me.   This color is a super dark purple blended with brown.  I like it combined with the pale slate blue lettering.

These are all hand-painted and available in my Etsy shop...you can see the mini link at the top right of my blog or click on any picture for a link!  No stickers...no stencils...my designs (and my Grandlittle's, too!)

Thanks for stopping by!

I hope you don't have to disown the granddaughter! Maybe she can pass her lessons on to you! I would love to take lessons...someday!!

  6. I LOVE the love one. I'm still deciding which sign I'm going to want. I don't think the love colors would match though.

  8. Hark, you can really paint! I am thinking it is time to scoot into a little decorating store and see if you can sell some of your work. It is that good.

  14. You know, I linked up yesterday and then forgot to comment on this post as well as the Alphabe-Thursday post. How on earth did I miss doing that? I think I'm a brick shy of a full load. Oh well, these are all excellent & beautiful signs. I don't know how you write so well with a brush with no lines when I struggle to write with a pencil or pen without lines. Everything slopes up or down. :(

  21. You have such a steady beautiful handwriting. It's sad that handwriting is becoming a lost art!

Hi! Thanks for leaving a comment! My handy dandy e-mail assistant always notifies me when you do and I read every single one.

I try to respond to comments with a return e-mail BUT I just noticed that I've been answering a lot of them to blogs that haven't linked their e-mail address to their Google account! I haven't been ignoring your comments, but now I know you aren't getting my reply e-mails! I'm sorry!

I know a lot of other bloggers who respond to comments via e-mail so if you haven't left off your e-mail on purpose, you might want to add it on! If you don't know how you can let me know in your comment and I'll see if I can help you!

Thanks so much for reading my 'Tangents'! Your comments always feel like a hug!
