btw too much choice again this week - simply too many 'T's! As I've mentioned before, it would be really great to start all over again when we reach 'Z' (no prizes, just for fun!)
I'm with Debbie...reminds me of Mr. Bill..."oh no". So Jenny which tomato are you? perhaps all? Very dark indeed...you need some avocado therapy:-) Blessings
Very cute photos! My daughter has a book called, "How Are You Peeling" that has faces sculpted into fruits and veggies. It's really amazing stuff! Anyway, this post reminded me of it!
That was too cute! I think I'll go draw some faces on the tiny tomatoes in the community garden for the children (or my husband) to discover ;) . Blessings, Catherine
You have an odd sense of humor and I like it. By the way, get some Campbell's and make the Tomato Basil soup (my T entry)...there's other things to do with the tomatoes. Joni
(Hm...if only I could remember that! My posts are always sooooo wordy!)
Blessings & Aloha! (I just came from Jo's assignment post and read that inspite of the fact that she is sick...she still got her post up working on perfect attendance... she inspired me to get off my bottom and finish my post for this week!...got off work, showered, made dinner, so hope to get it done by tonight!)
Here I sit, after 11 pm and I really should go to bed because tomorrow will be a long day - but just one more post, I tell myself. So here I sit, laughing like crazy. Who else by Jenny would think of a post like this?
Thanks for the morning laugh Jenny. This was too funny. The first thing I thought was "oh no, Mr. Bill!" from SNL. That's going to be stuck in my head all day now :) Kathy
Your post just put a huge smile on my face! I hope you did this with the grandgirlies! They would LOVE it!! Have you seen the book "Play With Your Food"??
Dear Jenny, You are amazing! It is a pleasure to be one of your pupils!
When it comes to your own post, it is a school example of how to post a letter. You have chosen the word "Tomato", which is an excellent T-word! Then you have taken tomato-ness one step further by givng these garden fruits/vegetables drama, character-development and a plot with a tragic end! Well done!
When it comes to leaving comments, I sometimes find it difficult commenting on certain posts. Sometimes I don't understand what some people mean. But when this happens, I usually read your comments to see if you have understood their ideas better. And you often see things that I have missed. You read carefully and write your comments with great care, something that I try to think about when I am leaving comments, even outside of Alphabe-Thursday.
Hey Mrs. Jenny....I just did my T post...it's tardy (which prolly shoulda been my theme)..but I didn't want to get too far behind. Can't link it anymore but wanted you to know it was there.
Hi! Thanks for leaving a comment! My handy dandy e-mail assistant always notifies me when you do and I read every single one.
I try to respond to comments with a return e-mail BUT I just noticed that I've been answering a lot of them to blogs that haven't linked their e-mail address to their Google account! I haven't been ignoring your comments, but now I know you aren't getting my reply e-mails! I'm sorry!
I know a lot of other bloggers who respond to comments via e-mail so if you haven't left off your e-mail on purpose, you might want to add it on! If you don't know how you can let me know in your comment and I'll see if I can help you!
Thanks so much for reading my 'Tangents'! Your comments always feel like a hug!
what a cute & fun post!
