Just sayin'...

...if you're old...

...and, ummm...

GRAVITY DENSE...

(please feel free to use that in lieu of fluffy or fat if the situation applies

blush...)

You may wish to resist the urge to cannonball...

into your pool...

ouch!

...to impress your Grandlittles with how cool you are.

It is not a good idea.

And as a piece of further unasked for advice...

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO GO DOWN THE SLIDE EITHER!

...
...

sigh...

PS.   You're welcome.

  1. Tiger patted my tummy last time I was with him and asked if I had a baby in there (he was recently around a pregnant lady) and I said no, Grandma is just fluffy! I won't cannonball for sure!

  4. Oh, there you go. Now, you've got me wondering if I really could still cannonball, and I rarely did it even when I was young!

  5. No worries here, I won't even put on a swimsuit, much less actually get IN the pool.

  7. I can't promise anything. I have two grandsons and they cannot be shocked or grossed out by anything - even Nana doing a cannon ball. I should, however, ask if there was any physical injury involved in the cannonball - just in case I feel called to do one.

  8. Good Morning Jenny Sweetie...
What a precious share this morning. You have me laughing and laughing. Just last year DH did a cannonball for the grands, we lost quite a bit of water from the pool, we won't try that one again. He also felt the pain for a week. LOL.... Luckily we don't have a slide.

I have missed blogging and have found my mojo to write again. I love reading your shares sweetie.

Have a glorious weekend. Many hugs and much love, Sherry

  10. Silly girl, at our age we can also get hurt easily! Hey, here's a joke....why does the crease in our rear go up and down instead of side to side???? So when we go down slides we don't make a noise like (blowing through lips while flicking index finger up and down over lips)......mwhahaaaaa Ha!

    Love ya'

Hi! Thanks for leaving a comment! My handy dandy e-mail assistant always notifies me when you do and I read every single one.

I try to respond to comments with a return e-mail BUT I just noticed that I've been answering a lot of them to blogs that haven't linked their e-mail address to their Google account! I haven't been ignoring your comments, but now I know you aren't getting my reply e-mails! I'm sorry!

I know a lot of other bloggers who respond to comments via e-mail so if you haven't left off your e-mail on purpose, you might want to add it on! If you don't know how you can let me know in your comment and I'll see if I can help you!

Thanks so much for reading my 'Tangents'! Your comments always feel like a hug!
