Friday night I asked Mr. Jenny for a prompt for this week.

I didn't like his word, but I'm going to use it anyway.

Then it will be more of a challenge for me.

Just like the last several weeks, you can't actually use the word in the writing.

At all.

The word this week is:

TREASURE

  The prompt this week is the word 'Treasure'

Number of words:  Exactly one hundred but don't use the word 'treasure' anywhere in your writing.  

Style of writing: Any

Pictures: Any

Ethereal?

Man.

I tried and tried to be clever and come up with something about little kids fighting over Lucky Charms...

you know...ummm... cereal?

ummm...

blush...

Instead I was forced to write something serious.

And moderately depressing.

Be assured this is fiction written for the word prompt 'ethereal'.

Everything is good with Mr. Jenny.

And, sadly, we are nowhere near close to winter here in HeatStrokeVille, Arizona.

Painted Alphabet Letter N

Okay.

Seriously.

Oral surgery is nasty.

I am still knocked on my butt from all this work, but I think there is finally a light at the end of the tunnel.

I keep telling Mr. Jenny I've changed my mind and I want to un-do all the surgery...

...but he says it's too late.

Darn him anyway.

Sigh.

Anyway.

I only finished this letter N sign because I had started it several weeks ago.

I think it turned out pretty nice!
