Being on my blog and all.
I'm nice like that.
Willing to share the glory.
Or something.
And since you've been asking...Mr. Jenny just copied all the comments with questions and wrote answers to them while I've been running around like a crazy woman with my friends all weekend. The only change I've made to them when I past them on here is to delete out the avatar photos cuz they just come up as a blank little box...
Other than that...I am giving you his answers verbatim.
And speaking of friends...
I still have several here so I'm gonna jet...
But here's Mr. Jenny!
Linda said...Question to your Hubby? How did he ever get so lucky to find a great Gal like YOU???Thank you, I always say I’m the lucky one in this marriage. Finding each other was a challenge – I was a Gringo working and living in Mexico City at the time, and she was working and raising three teenagers in the Phoenix area. But we found each other, and that old cliché really applies: The rest is history.
Justine said...Okay, Mr. Jenny. Let me ask you this. Is Mrs. Jenny as witty and entertaining in real life as she is on her blog?
Entertaining? Absolutely. But sometimes her "witty in a crowd" flies over the audience with very few understanding nods in the house. She thinks a little differently and sometimes people just don't "get" her!
Mighty M said...My question is: Does Jenny prefer boxers or briefs? :)
You people. I worry about you.
The Muse said..."what is the one piece of clothing you would take away from your wife's closet, if ONLY you could~and what is the one piece of clothing she would fight for?"
See my answer above. Really, I worry about you. Do you think I would even THINK about answering that loaded question? Geez, you people, really.
e said...Who burps louder? Jenny or Mr. Jenny?
I don’t have a clue, since we are both exceptionally observant of Mrs. Post’s etiquette. (Yes, I’m kidding.)
Deb said...Mr. Jenny- Are you as special as your wife leads us to believe? Does she ever stop making you laugh?
You are kidding, right? I don’t have a clue about that, either. I’m just a simple country boy originally from the woods and prairies of North Idaho (see her “why I hate Idahonians” where she was mostly writing about the ex’s friends). I own and operate a small telecommunications technology company.
No, I never stop laughing with her.
Note from me: I have no idea what that first paragraph even meant in conjunction to the question but I said I'd do a cut and paste and I'm keeping my word here!
Cindy (Letters From Midlife) said...My question for Mr. Jenny:
Was she like this when you met her or first got married or is this a midlife thing? I guess what I'm really asking is "are you surprised by her behavior??" lol
We’ve been married 10 years, and together for 2-3 years before that. She was a bit more reserved in those early years … It took a while for her to actually believe that I loved her “behavior”. The secret for us? We don’t take too much, too seriously. Or at least we try not too. We laugh a lot, and I think we always will, mostly at life going on around us.
Questions that came in later along with very short answers -- Sorry, my blog writing time-limit has passed, but I’ll visit with you all again someday, maybe, hopefully. Mr. Jenny
Vicki said...DO YOU HAVE A SINGLE BROTHER? (O:
Nope.
Deborah Ann said...Do you ever get to see your wife? I don't see how that could possibly happen. Well, except for the time the cat scratched her face...
Sure, she puts a good amount of time into her on-line activities, but she reserves most of her time for the grandkids (babysitting one those three days a week), often weekend soccer and basketball games with those same g-kids, time for our grown children, time for me, for Oskar the wiener dog, and a passel of friends, parents, other family members… plus her gardens, her Master Gardener program, ZippyStrippy Quilts, Chicks Cookbook, the Girl Scout cookie sales this spring, you saw her comments on planning and executing her dad’s 80th birthday in January of this year… and there’s more that keeps our Jenny quite busy!
Note from me: Our Jenny? Hmmm.... what does that mean?
Paula said...Do you wonder daily how you ever got along before you met this darling & funniest person in the world??'
Often -- she’s made a very big, hugely positive impact on me.
Note from me: Paula, I love you!
Yaya' s Changing World said...Also, do you have any idea of just how funny your wife IS? You must be in stitches AAAAALLLL the time.
Yep, she is! Life is certainly interesting with Jenny, there is no boredom here.
My name is PJ. said...Here are my questions for Steve: What? Why?
Answer: The 5 Ws: Who, what, when, where, why.
Note from me: Huh?
Sares said...I am curious as to how you first met and what his first impressions were of you, were you always so endlessly entertaining?!
I think this is a question for Ms. Jenny.
Note from me: Boy, this is whole other subject - ha!
Brenda said...So Mr. Jenny do you know how hard Jenny is working in front of her computer to keep us all in smiles?
I don't think she considers it work. Writing is one of her true passions...and she is happiest when she is making people feel real emotion.
OK, this is the last of the whole Ask-Away idea!
I hope Aunt Amelia is suitably recovered from the trauma by now!
