It's official!
I've had to wait a few weeks to tell this story because I was so devastated.
Sigh.
AND...
I found out the honeymoon was over in a particularly ugly way so please prepare to read an ugly tale of woe.
It's going to be depressing.
Okay.
Here goes...
Do your remember I told you I had finally gotten a smart phone ?
Well.
The second day I got it, my son and daughter-in-law ended up loading some 'apps' onto it.
As part of the process, my son asked, "Mom, what's your password?"
"Ummmm..." I said. "I'll just type it in myself."
I tried about 20 times to type it in and finally my son just took the phone and said, "Mom, seriously, just give me your password so I can do this for you."
I mumbled and turned red and eventually told him my password...
...which was quite mushy and involved Mr. Jenny.
Mr. Jenny was surprised.
"Wow, your password is about me?"
"Well, yeah, of course it is," I told him.
On the way home I asked him what his password was.
He hesitated for a second...
and then told me...
THE MAKE AND MODEL OF HIS FAVORITE CAR!
HIS FAVORITE CAR!!!!!
Seriously.
He didn't use "IloveJenny" or something like that!!!!
HE USED HIS FAVORITE CAR!!!!!
Sigh.
I told you it was an ugly story.
And see what I mean?
The honeymoon is definitely over.
Grrrrr. His favorite car!!!! Grrrrrr.
Merry Christmas 2024!

I know...though at least it was that kind of a "her," and not the kind that leaves lipstick on his collar and her phone number in his jacket.
Unsentimental bastards, men! ;-)
Men will always love their toys with the women in their lives rarely rising about second place.
I am so sorry!
Oh how funny:) Men are just not as sweet as us! Have a blessed day my friend, HUGS!
Could we be encouraged to believe that he didn't use you or your name out of respect - couldn't bear to have his sweetheart connected to the big, bad, crass world of telecommunications???? It could be a chivalrous thing - maybe?
You're way better than I, Jenny. I can't remember my smartphone password.
Or my Starbucks password.
Or my Kobo password.
*sigh*
LOL....so sorry about that :(
He so needs to change it.
Oh Jenny! His Car???? Men....what can we say! hugs, Linda
He can't help being a man. Boys and their toys.
Love,
Janie
oh Jenny get over it. You are built Ford Tough.
Oh, it's sad to say boys will be boys!
Have an incredibly blessed day sweetie and know that Mr. Jenny loves you more than his favorite stinkin' car anyway!!! :o)
I feel for you!
and when your son said "Mom, seriously.." it sounded just like my son!!
Men are not the romantics we gals are! I use mushy stuff too! My hubby uses stuff I don't even know how explain! Weird! HaHa! Have a terrific weekend. It will be here soon! Hugs Anne
