Hi I am the guest writer. this is my Mum sorry Mom .I was born in 1963 , just before my birth my father disapeared. Mum had to make the hard decision to have me fostered. Any way about 1966 my mum had to make the choice of either puting me up for adoptin . thankfully she chose to keep me.
In 1979 after ten years in which my Father returned and they married and I had an ok time. My mother died.I wont be making my centus until next friday. I wanted to do this in memory of my mum. Who i dont have a grave to go to , but every night her grandchildren look at this photo i their homes and say goodnight. They never met her but I have kept her memory alive .
I hope you dont think this is morbid and I know that we are strangers to each other but I know from your writing that you will be brilliant .
I don't think it's morbid at all, Tracy. I think it's wonderful.
Thank you for visiting my (team) blog, Undead in the Netherworld. You are surely welcome anytime.
I hope that you don't mind that in my little tale, your mother became a spectral switchboard operator. I'd not read your back story when I created my own story.
Lovely way to honor your mom. I am having a tough time with this one. I keep coming back to it. I will have something soon I pray. Have been enjoying reading what others have wrote.
Blessings
Sorry I didn't come through this week. We had more than a house load of young people over for dinner Saturday night, and I just couldn't squeeze out a minute.

I don't know what to say about this one.
Tracy,
It is never morbid to remember the ones we have loved and lost. As long as we have them in our hearts and minds, they are part of our lives. Sharing experiences with your children makes their grandmother a part of their lives.
Rather than being morbid, you have now shared your love for your mother with so many more. :)
@RossMannell
It's a nice tribute to your mom...
