Please...I'm begging you...

...or threatening you...

...or whatever it takes...

Yea, I'm gonna go with the threats.

Sorry but I'm feeling violent.

Consider yourself warned.

We have traded in our meek little weiner dog for this... AND...

...we haved protected our front door and windows from you by doing this... AND...

I am now officially begging you to please... BECAUSE...

Whoever left the new batch of cookies and the homemade peach preserves on my front step...listen...really...please...

I know you are lovely and sweet and all that blah, blah, blah...

...but I'm in serious risk of a sugar coma here and ...

What's that?

What did you say?

Willpower? Self restraint?

Ummm.... well, yea, there certainly is that as an alternative...

...I think.

Just let me know where you found yours cuz, honestly, I must have missed that sale.

Sigh.

You are hilarious! I laughed out loud at this :). I don't even pretend to have restraint this time of year and just refuse to look at a scale until February. It's my grace period each year. Thanks for stopping by my blog! Blessings and good luck with your sugar coma :).

A sugar coma can be a good thing. Think of the rest you will get. Have a sugar cookie and I will take the calories. LOL

Hi Jenny,
Thanks for stopping by my blog. I always enjoy meeting new people.
I just finished eating what I told myself would be my last Christmas cookie....so I know what you mean about that sugar coma!! Time to try and get myself back to a semblance of a reasonable diet (at least until New Year's eve!)
Have a wonderful week.

-giggles- Well it seems we're sort of on-the-same-page! I didn't indulge in all the ding-dang Seasonal Goodies. But! I still gained weight!
-moan- -sigh- -sob-

So it's off to "Be Careful Again Land" for me. -le sigh- You know, write everything down, when it goes in my mouth. And only listen to my tummy. Not to my brain/eyes, for clues to eating time.

Oh and walk! How could I forget that *dismal* idea. Exercise. Which for Ol' Auntie is simply walking. -le sigh-

OK, enough 'Pity Party.' I think I probably have a lot of company, so we gotta' just do it, hu? ^_^

Thank you for commenting in my blog, so I could find yours!

Gentle hugs,
Aunt Amelia

Wheeeeeeeeeee! No Word Verification turned on! Wheeeeeeeeee! I loves you for this. I just *hate* doing Word Verification.

I use Comment Verification myself, so I thus know that no SPAM is going to get in my comments. And thus, I've not found it necessary to have Word Verification turned on, in a long time.

My finding only. I know some may have found that they do need it, and of course...... It's their perrogitive.<---Bleahhh, I know that word isn't spelled correctly but.... I've always been *spelling challenged.* >,-)

Gentle hugs,
Aunt Amelia

This is just what I needed to read today. The weather outside is horrendous and a frown is threatening to take over my entire face, so your post saved the day for me. I was laughing thru the whole thing. I am sooo glad to hear that I am not the only one who missed out on the self-restraint deal when it was being offered. I can't not go past a cookie or piece of choc. if my life depended on it. have a great day, and thanks for the smile on my face now. Debby

Jenny~~~

I found myself eating sweets I never would have touched before. If it had sugar in it, I ate it. I am avoiding the scale for a few weeks and I pray no one drops off anything with sugar in it!!

Thanks for coming by. You have a funny blog! :-)
